Velmex supplies RC model car upgrade parts and accessories for international customers, including hobby shops, online sellers, distributors, sample order buyers and B2B buyers.

Our products may include RC tires, wheels, crawler parts, CNC aluminum upgrade parts, brass crawler parts, gears, drive shafts, suspension parts, screws, bearings, electronics accessories and related RC hobby parts.

Customers may submit a wholesale application or contact us for quotation.

Wholesale prices, minimum order quantities, mixed SKU rules, lead time, packaging, shipping cost and payment terms may vary depending on the product category, quantity, supplier availability and customer requirements.

A quotation is valid only within the period stated in the quotation. If no validity period is stated, the quotation may be updated due to exchange rates, supplier price changes, stock changes or shipping cost changes.

  1. Sample Order Payment

The “RC Parts Sample Order Payment” product is only used for confirmed sample orders.

Before placing a sample payment, customers should confirm the following details with Velmex by email:

Shipping method
Lead time
Delivery address
Any special requirements

1 quantity = USD 1.

Example: If the confirmed sample order amount is USD 58, the customer should add quantity 58 to cart.

Please do not place a sample payment before confirming the order details with Velmex.

  1. Prices and Payment

Prices shown on the website, if any, may be displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Velmex may accept payment through PayPal, bank transfer or other agreed payment methods.

For B2B orders, final price and payment terms should be confirmed in writing before production, preparation or shipment.

The customer is responsible for any PayPal fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Velmex may ship orders by international express, air shipping, freight forwarder or other agreed logistics methods.

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country, shipping method, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Velmex is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, incorrect shipping information, remote area delivery, carrier delays, natural disasters, force majeure events or other situations outside our reasonable control.
